UNIMI-SEED RECON - Recognizing Social Influence in Early-Modern Networks. A Data Science Approach to Historical Studies
The RECON project aims to develop a data-science approach for recognizing social influence behaviors in the past. Through a concrete dataset of historical sources, RECON will provide machine learning and data analysis techniques for mining latent data correlations revealing hidden knowledge/facts (the so-called “social influence factors”) within the dataset.
The focus of the proposal ALGADIMAR is on the development of new methods and tools in research areas that are critical to the understanding of digital markets: algorithmic game theory, market and mechanism design, machine learning, algorithmic data analysis, optimization in strategic settings.
SPDP Lab participates in the HOPE project (PRIN MIUR). HOPE aims at overcoming the main technical problems that current open data solutions suffer from, by developing a methodology and associated tools for a new way of producing, publishing, maintaining, accessing and exploiting privacy-preserving open data.
